Tomato and goat cheese tart

Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of PLANT tomato paste
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 2 fresh tomatoes cut into slices
- 200g of goat cheese in slices
- Herb of Provence
- Salt & pepper
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Spread the PLANT double tomato paste on the bottom of the tart.
Arrange the fresh tomato slices on the tomato paste.
Add the goat cheese slices on top of the tomatoes.
Spread the dough in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
Sprinkle with herbes de Provence, salt and pepper (2 minutes).
Bake for 30 minutes until the tart is golden brown.
